Why LoopX Doesn't Let You Pick Your Delivery Time
Removing customer time selection isn't a limitation — it's what makes the entire model work. Here's the operational logic behind fixed assignment.

// THE MODEL
LoopX is a fixed-route, fixed-time, fixed-rule delivery network built around loops. A loop is a one-way continuous route that starts at the warehouse, passes through suburbs in a fixed sequence, and returns.
It is not on-demand. It is not flexible. It is not negotiable. It is the most predictable delivery system in Australia.
01
Loops run at fixed times every day. You don't pick your window; the system assigns you to the next valid loop.
02
Every restriction is platform-enforced. No staff overrides. No "just this once." If it breaks a rule, it's blocked.
03
Same suburb loop = same-day. Different loop = next-day. The system determines this automatically.
04
LoopX isn't one truck. It's a network architecture. Every loop added multiplies the network's reach and value.
LOOP ANATOMY
DIFFERENT LOOP — NEXT DAY
LOOP 1 — Pickup
LOOP 2 — Delivery
// THE ADVANTAGE
Every suburb has a permanent 3-hour window. It never changes. When you book, you know exactly when your loop passes.
Every customer operates under identical rules. No exceptions for any reason. This makes LoopX operationally unbreakable.
The entire booking, validation, assignment, and payment flow is system-driven. No manual review. No phone calls.
Every charge — base rate, stairs, lift, bubble wrap — is shown in full before payment. No surprises after delivery.
Every item is blanket-wrapped before loading. Mandatory. Included in base price. Photos taken before loading.
LoopX is not a van and a driver. Every new loop multiplies capacity. The architecture is built for city-wide scale.
// THE PROCESS
Choose from approved item categories. Maximum 3 items per booking. Pricing is by item type — not weight, not volume. Upload photos of each item. This is mandatory.
SYSTEM RULE
Hard blocked if: unapproved item category, more than 3 items, missing photos, item over 80kg, specialist handling required.
The system validates both addresses against loop maps. Declare steps (0–5 free, 6+ = 1 flight at $20 each). Declare lift access ($20 flat). Upload address photos.
SYSTEM RULE
Hard blocked if: missing photos, missing step/lift declaration, address outside service area, unsafe or inaccessible access.
You do not choose a delivery date or time window. The system assigns your booking to the next valid loop. Same loop = same-day. Different loop = next-day. Your 3-hour window is system-generated. Non-negotiable.
SYSTEM RULE
Customer cannot select delivery time. Cannot request urgent. Cannot request a specific day. Window is final on booking.
Base rate + stairs (both ends) + lift (both ends) + bubble wrap selection (optional, $20/item) = total. All charges displayed in full. No hidden fees. No post-delivery invoices.
SYSTEM RULE
If extras are refused at booking, job is blocked. Extras cannot be changed after booking confirmation.
Full payment is required to confirm. No partial payments. Once paid, the booking is final. No cancellations. No reversals. No reschedules. Mandatory ATL must be accepted.
SYSTEM RULE
No booking exists without payment. No reversal after payment. Failure to accept ATL results in cancellation fees.
// ACTIVE NETWORK
Every route is a defined loop. Fixed suburbs. Fixed sequence. Fixed windows. New loops are added dynamically as the network grows.

// CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
“I wasn't sure about not being able to pick my window, but the system assigned me a Wednesday slot that genuinely worked. The truck was there exactly as stated. Furniture came wrapped perfectly.”

“Every charge was shown before I paid. No surprise fees. No one calling to add costs. It was exactly what it said it would be — and that's rare.”

“Three office desks and monitors moved without a single scratch. The item-based pricing was so much clearer than getting quotes from vans. Booked, paid, done.”

LoopX was built from the ground up as a logistics operating system. Not a marketplace. Not a gig-worker app. Not a man-with-a-van. The platform IS the product.

Most couriers charge by weight. LoopX charges by item category. The difference matters more than you think — for both sides.
