LoopX is a scheduled, route-based suburban delivery system built around fixed daily “loops” (like a bus or train route). Instead of on-demand couriers, it runs pre-planned routes with fixed 3-hour time windows, where deliveries are automatically assigned to the next available loop.
LoopX operates Monday to Saturday on the same fixed schedule every day. Trucks move only forward along each route, stopping at set points to collect and deliver items in sequence—never reversing or running ad-hoc routes.
If both pickup and delivery fall within the same loop, items are delivered the same day. If a delivery falls outside the active loop sequence, it is carried forward and completed on the next operating day or the next relevant loop run.
For items that require holding between loops or across multiple operating days, LoopX also offers secure storage at $10 per day.
Each booking allows a maximum of 3 items, selected from predefined size categories: Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large. This ensures consistent handling, predictable routing, and efficient vehicle loading across all loop runs.

Exception Handling
We never compromise our scheduled routes to perform ad-hoc detours. If a delivery falls outside the active loop sequence, our system automatically initiates the Carry-Forward Protocol.
By refusing to break route sequences, we guarantee that the other 95% of deliveries on that loop remain perfectly on time. Your item is simply held safely until the network naturally cycles back.
If a scheduled loop reaches absolute maximum item capacity, excess bookings are shielded from dispatch rather than forcing drivers to rush.
Affected items remain in our central hub under strict 24/7 surveillance. You are immediately notified via SMS of the shift.
The item is algorithmically prioritized and injected into the very next scheduled route covering the destination suburb. Nothing is ever lost.
To protect the schedule of all other customers on the loop, we operate on a zero-delay policy. If an item cannot be successfully delivered, the return loop protocol is automatically enforced.
Drivers cannot wait indefinitely. If a recipient is unavailable during their 3-hour window, the driver departs.
The item is immediately marked undeliverable and carried back to the hub on the return loop.
Standard return transit fees apply. The item enters secure holding ($10/day) until a new forward loop is booked.
