Service Limits

Service limitations explained clearly

Max Weight Thresholds

LoopX drivers operate loop dispatches independently. To protect single-worker logistics, we have a hard limit of 80kg per individual item. Items must be safely liftable by standard dollies.

Active Suburb Bounds

Delivery dispatches are pre-planned sequential runs. Addresses located outside our active Sydney loop boundaries will be flagged automatically during address input.

No Non-Approved Categories

We do not transport unpacked loose goods, hazardous supplies, building timber, commercial fitness weights, pool tables, or high-value pianos. These require bespoke courier firms.

No On-Demand Expedited Runs

We are a structured route operating system. Drivers cannot make custom detours, skip seq sequence stops, or perform urgent direct point-to-point dispatches.
